Strawberry
The strawberry belongs to the rose family, which also includes the apple, pear and peach, and unlike what is customary to think, it has no connection to the Mulberry tree and the Moraceae family. The strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and therefore contribute and provide assistance in various health conditions.
Raspberry
The raspberry is a medium size bush of the rose family (1-3 meters), a multi-year that grows anew every two years. The fruits are grouped, with red or yellow hue and sweet-sour taste. Like most of the raspberry species, the shape of the group is in a circle around the sting, with the center of the circle hollow.
Blackberry
The Blackberry is a kind of raspberry. The blackberry is a deciduous shrub, with magnificent white flowers whose fruits ripen when they turn black. Blackberry is often mistaken with a different but very similar fruit – the black raspberry. The main difference between the two is in the core, where the stem attaches to the berry. Blackberries will always have a white core, whereas black raspberries are hollow in the center (just like raspberries).
Blueberry
The blueberry plant is a tall, deciduous shrub that carries dark purple color fruits in a spherical formation. Like the other members of the berries family blueberries also contain the highest quantities of extremely powerful antioxidant that can help maintain general health.
Cherry
The cherry is a sturdy fruit tree towering to a great height when mature. The cherries contain a large amount of vitamin C and bioflavonoids that increase the absorption of the vitamin and carry the antioxidants on to the smallest blood vessels in the body. The red cherry fruit is of a strong and dominant flavor, suitable for the decoration of cakes and for desserts.
